Where we ship — Australia-wide only. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Cost — Free standard shipping on every order.
Dispatch & delivery — Dispatched from our Australian warehouses within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: metro 2–7 business days, regional 5–10 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking — A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Remote areas — A small number of remote postcodes may face longer times, limited carrier access, or occasionally can't be serviced; we'll contact you before processing if affected.
Wrong address — Please check your address at checkout; parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery fee.
