  2. Orders — Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or stock issue) and will refund you in full if we do.
  3. Pricing & payment — Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time before you order. Payment is taken via our approved payment methods.
  4. Shipping & risk — Delivery is per our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
  5. Returns — Handled per our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  6. Product information — We work hard to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly by screen.
  7. Consumer guarantees — Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  8. Liability — To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or the cost of doing so. This does not exclude your ACL rights.
  9. Intellectual property — All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
  10. Third-party brands — Brand names shown (e.g. Devanti) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.
